2. Service scope
GenAsset stores and serves generation assets, versions, metadata, and related artifacts. The service includes web dashboard features, API endpoints, and ComfyUI integration workflows.
3. Accounts and access
- You must sign in with a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for securing workspace tokens and API credentials.
- You must promptly revoke tokens you believe are compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use GenAsset for unlawful activity, to infringe third-party rights, to distribute malware, to abuse platform security, or to process prohibited content under applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content and metadata. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, or modify features over time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Fees
Free and paid tiers may have limits on storage, workspaces, members, or API usage. Paid plan terms, when enabled, are shown in-product and incorporated into these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GenAsset is provided “as is,” and WARESTACK LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
